What would be the best way to package some warhammer models? ive read trading card boxes and put bag stuffing in them.

Is this packaging for shipment? Are they painted or just assembled or bare metal?  If painted or assembled I usually will put it in a plastic shopping bag and then wrap the bag around the mini.  Depending on size or material I may do that a few times.  Plastic minis don't need as much care, but metal or resin will take extra effort since their weight will make them shift more.
